The House Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict ($18.90) sits on a sultana bread base, smoked salmon, two poached eggs, hazelnut bernaise, walnut and feta crumble, and is served with a petit salad and slice of lemon.

The Freshly Shaved Proscuitto Benedict ($19.90) sits on country bread, proscuitto ham, two poached eggs, parmesan chips, artichoke, portobello mushroom, sundried tomatoes, and is served with a petit salad.

  • One of my favourite cafes in Singapore. I love their Smoked Salmon Benedict. Really original combination of ingredients which is beautifully presented and tastes delicious. Traditionalists might frown at the replacement of hollandaise with their hazelnut bernaise but I'm all for creativity around a traditional theme particularly when it tastes this good. The fresh smoked salmon, lightly toasted sultana bread, walnut and feta crumble provide a fantastic compliment to the poached eggs.

  • I always opt for the smoked salmon version of Eggs Benedict whenever I have brunch and I can confidently say that this has been the best I've tried in Singapore. The hazelnut bernaise sauce is sweet and gives a very unique flavor to the dish, which is further complimented by the cheese and smoked salmon. The mixture of ingredients and tastes is excellent and nothing like other dishes I've tried - if you love Eggs Benedict you have to try these at Strangers' Reunion!
