  • Was a little surprised that Overeasy serves gourmet burgers, and even more surprised that they are quite good at it. The meat was juicy and firm, reinforced by the moist bun. My disappointment is their size, being a big eater that I am. I ordered "Double trouble", but it was definitely easier to handle than its name suggests. I'm expecting "triple trouble" the next time.

  • Being a huge truffle fan, I tried out the Truffle Burger ($28) and of course upgraded to truffle fries ($2). The bun was just ok, being soft and non-toasted. The sauteed onions complimented the juicy and nicely cooked patty - which had good texture and flavor - making the burger messy yet fun to eat. The burger is medium-sized, its not food coma-inducing but gets you full enough alongside the fries. Overall a good meal, but wish the burger & fries were more truffle-ly to live up to the name.

  • I recommend reserving a table on the deck outside overlooking Marina Bay. When it came to their choice of burgers, I went for the "To Die For" and asked for it to be cooked medium rare. The meat was juicy and cooked as requested. I enjoyed their special burger sauce in combination with the melted cheddar cheese. The chips were crispy and I really enjoyed the addition of rosemary and parmesan to enhance their flavour. A simple and satisfactory burger that comes with a great view.
