Best known for their Australian themed coffee and cafes around the CBD, their outlet at Chijmes serves a variety of dishes including Eggs Benedict ($15) as part of their all day long Australian Style Breakfast Menu; open from 7am Monday to Sunday.

Their Eggs Benedict is served on slim toasted ciabatta, on top of which you can choose either bacon, ham or salmon accompanied by two poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, a green side salad and diced roasted potatoes.
