Kith is a boutique chain with cafes at Sentosa Cove, Robertson Quay, and Park Mall. They only serve their Blackstone Eggs Benedict at the cafe in Sentosa Cove as part of their brunch menu that is available from 8am until 5pm all week apart from Tuesday when they are closed.
The Blackstone Eggs Benedict has a toasted English Muffin base, two poached eggs each placed on half a roasted tomato, crispy bacon, grilled asparagus, hollandaise sauce and crushed black pepper.
