This family friendly cafe has plenty of indoor and outdoor space including a large awning and fans to keep those outside on the terrace relatively cool. It is open from 10am until 10pm on weekdays, and from 8:30am until 10pm on weekends and public holidays.

They serve both their Free Range Eggs Florentine ($18) and their Free Range Eggs Benedict ($20) as part of their Brekkie menu.

The Free Range Eggs Florentine is served on toasted English muffins, spinach, two poached eggs and lemon hollandaise sauce.

The Free Range Eggs Benedict is served on toasted English muffins with home-cured bacon, two poached eggs, roasted cherry vine tomatoes and lemon hollandaise sauce.

Went here on a Sunday for brunch, nice atmosphere, lots of families but feels quite relaxed. Café Melba’s location in the Arts Centre is a little different and it is nice to be able to sit outside next to some greenery. Had the Eggs Benedict with bacon which was delicious, eggs were best have had in Singapore and the accompanying salad with roasted cherry tomatoes makes it feel healthier than your average Eggs Benedict, particularly good balsamic dressing- would highly recommend.

Having noted this achieved 5 stars on Deetiles ratings, I was super keen to give it a try. I'm glad I did - Café Melba is a great spot (if a little too busy at the weekends), I had the standard Eggs Benedict and really enjoyed the dish - the little side salad with a sharp dressing really added to the plate ,and while the proportions are generous its wasn't so much that would put you to sleep for the remainder of the day. Looking forward to going back again and trying some of their other dishes

I originally saw this cafe while on the top deck of a bus heading towards the East Coast and made a note to try it out. I'm glad I did because their Free Range Eggs Benedict ($20) is one of the best I've tried in Singapore. I really enjoyed their high quality eggs which were very well poached, alongside the delicious bacon and really tasty hollandaise sauce. The roasted cherry tomatoes and side salad complimented a fantastic brunch.
