Spruce offers 3 specialty burgers, all of which come with a side of herbed fries. The Spruce Burger ($18++) features a premium Australian grass-fed wholesome beef patty, cheese, onion, lettuce, mayo, and mustard. The Spicy Chicken Burger ($17++) and Tuna Burger ($24++) both include avocado, tomato, red onion, and are topped with special homemade sauce. If you want a little extra, the following toppings can be added to the Spruce and Spicy Chicken Burgers: bacon (+$2), egg (+$2), or foie gras (+$12).
