Huber’s Butchery is a European-styled premium specialty store at Dempsey which also operates an outdoor bistro under the same roof. Their menu contains a number of mains sourced from their meat counter, including a beef burger.

Huber’s Beef Burger with Bacon & Gruyere Cheese ($15.50++) features 170g of 100% pure Australian chilled beef topped with crispy bacon and caramelised onions as well as a side of fries.
