Cook & Brew is a gastro-bar on the 33rd floor of The Westin Singapore that offers magnificent views of the Marina Bay to compliment their smart bar & dining area. They offer a variety of starters, soups, local & western mains, and desserts, including a burger on both the lunch and dinner menus.

The Cook & Brew Bacon Cheese Burger ($26++) features English cheddar, crispy smoked bacon, house-made sweet pickles, fried egg, and an onion bun. It comes with a side of fries & onion rings, and is best enjoyed with a Black Velvet (Guiness Strongbow Mix, sold separately).
