My Dad's favorite shabu shabu joint, there was a time he would ask us to go literally 3-4 times a week. The US beef here is excellent, though at $20 a plate (100 grams?) it probably isn't the best choice if you are super hungry. They also serve pretty good sushi/sashimi, but other than a dish or two just focus on the awesome beef.
