Hot Pot @ HaiDiLao (海底捞火锅)
$50.00

avg. per pax

HaiDiLao is one of the most famous restaurants in China, known for their great hot pot and amazing service. They have been a huge hit in Singapore since opening, with reservations near impossible to make and wait times averaging 1.5 - 2 hours; this is made a bit more bearable by all the free treats available while waiting, such as free snacks and drinks, as well as free professional manicures and a children's playpen. The food quality and service is one of the best in Singapore. Definitely a must-try if you enjoy hot pot. Expect to spend roughly $40-50 SGD / pax.

  • The noodle dance! Highly recommended just for the show.

  • This is the Black Angus beef tenderloin half serving @ $16 (full serving $32). No idea why it wasn't like last time, both in appearance and taste...

  • Another plate of the amazing US beef - definitely the one you should order.

  • I believe this is the wagyu beef. The most expensive meat at over $50 a plate, I don't think it is worth the price. Skip it and get the US beef instead - much better value for money!

  • This is the US Beef, around $32 a plate or so. By far the best meat here - don't bother with anything else.

  • Was able to take David & Yuko for a treat and they seemed to enjoy it! So far everyone that I've taken there loves it - bonus if they are meat lovers! The great food, amazing service, and special touches like the dancing noodles make for a fantastic dining experience.

  • A split soup base (2 types, one on each side) is definitely recommended. I personally love the Sichuan 'Ma La' spicy soup accompanied by the non-spicy Tomato soup.

  • The meat at HaiDiLao is very good, though I won't recommend the most expensive wagyu dish ($52 a plate or so) as the others are good enough and it isn't worth the price.

  • There is a special 'HaiDiLao' sauce that the servers will make for you on request (they will add in some soup so it is a lot more liquid than the photo). I recommend it if you're unsure of making your own sauce, or just want to try it out. Nice with fish
