Prime Rib @ Black Angus
$70.00

for a 16oz set meal

While not super fancy nor super cheap, Black Angus is one of the default options when I need my steak fix - particularly for their prime rib. The ambience and service isn't the greatest, but the food more than makes up for it. My favorite starters are the Wild Wild West Onion to share, if we are in a group, and the Potato Skins. The prime rib comes with a soup/salad and sides, and the largest 16oz version is seriously big! A mud pie ice cream cake tops the meal off nicely.

  • Look how ridiculously large the 16oz prime rib is! Even though we shared everything and were pretty hungry, we still couldn't finish it. Great food, great company.

  • Potato skins! One of the better versions that I've had in Singapore, make sure you ask for more sour cream if you need it. Super cheesy

  • Ceasar salad that comes as part of the prime rib set, if you top up $2.50 that is (over a normal soup or salad). Plain and simple but still nice to eat.

  • The star of the show - 16 oz prime rib coming in at roughly $73 or so (includes soup/salad and sides). This is one massive steak, and can easily be shared by 2 people. The outer section is the best, but the inside is pretty decent as well. Goes excellently with the au jus.
