We usually have to wait at least 20-30 minutes for our noodles every single time, but it's worth it. You can also choose prawns, meatballs or sliced fish to go with a wide choice of noodle types, all handmade and served perfectly al dente with none of the usual starchy texture of ban mian. And the broth is so yummy too!
