These are arguably my favorite cookies. While not excessively rich - relative to my tastes at least - Milano Cookies give a nice, delicate mix of biscuit texture and subtle chocolate taste.

I still remember the commercials from 1998, even though I hadn't seen them in literally over 15 years. Not sure if its the branding or the actual product, but I feel so pampered and indulgent when I have a few of these cookies. Check out the commercial for a throwback to my childhood:
