So this is a lunch-time favorite for me. It is the ultimate comfort food for lunch. I've managed to find a pretty good place to have it in Central. It's in a dai pai dong at the very end of Stanley Street.
When the eggy yolk breaks and you mix the rice with it along with some soy sauce...When the spam is fried to a light crispy texture...
So much joy out of such a simple dish.
