Loved that It was served warm and oozy - you know it's gonna be good when you cut off a side and the gooey insides flow out all over the plate. First time having red velvet flavored lava cake, I'm a huge fan of regular chocolate lava cakes but this combination is definitely a winner for those with a big sweet tooth. Goes well with the coconut ice cream too!
