Just a two minute walk along Boat Quay from Southbridge, Absinthe is a vibrant and friendly French themed restaurant which has seating options inside, or on its spacious terrace outside and next to the river. The food here is delicious and the staff are authentic and very friendly. Named after the infamous spirit, it is a shame not to try one of the Absinthes they have and experience the Green Fairy!
