Singapore date ideas - Keong Saik Road

The Keong Saik Road area has quickly become one of the most sophisticated outposts within touching distance of the city. Its traditional architecture coupled with the dynamic restaurant and bar scene attracts an increasingly white collar crowd to the many great venues that will keep you coming back.

  • After-dinner cocktails - The Library

Love the fun and secretive nature of this cocktail bar. Very rich in atmosphere and a huge contrast from the mirrored entrance that marks the entry into this bar.

  • Pre-dinner drinks - Potato Head

Awesome drinking spot with fab roof top bar. Great place to take visitors in town. Burgers are amazing too. Drinks are pretty pricey so come prepared to spend a bit.

  • Pre-dinner drinks - Potato Head

Almost everyone who has been to Bali knows and likes Potato Head, so there was a ton of buzz when they opened up a branch in Singapore. The atmosphere is definitely unique and the staff are great, though it gets very crowded after 6 to 7 pm - mostly with tourists and expats it seems. Prices are on the higher end as well, which is in line with their customer base. Overall a cool place to bring overseas visitors or to have an occasional drink.

  • Dinner - Esquina

Delicious tapas and it really feels like a small piece of Spain in the heart of Singapore.
