    Named after Chef Daniel Boulud, db Bistro & Oyster Bar offers four unique New York burgers in a classy setting at The Shoppes @ Marina Bay Sands. The upscale restaurant serves their burgers with a bread basket starter, a trio of individually sauces on the side (ketchup, garlic aioli, and sweet chilli mustard), as well as a large tin of fries.

    The Original db Burger ($42++) is the signature dish, featuring a sirloin burger patty filled with braised short ribs and foie gras atop a parmesan bun. The Yankee Burger ($23++) comes with a beef patty, iceberg lettuce, tomato, and onion served on a sesame bun (cheddar cheese or bacon can be added for an additional $5). The Frenchie Burger ($27++) has a beef patty topped with confit pork belly, caramelised onions, morbid cheese, arugula, coronations, and a black pepper bun.     Suprette has several burgers on their menu, with a slight distinction in offering and price between lunch/dinner options. The Suprette Burger ($20/$25++) comes with a beef patty and gruyere cheese. The Chickpea Burger ($17/$21++) is made of tahini, beetroot, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber. The Spicy Buffalo Chicken Burger ($18/$22++) features hot sauce, blue cheese mayo, carrot & celery. Lastly, Ken's Heart Attack Burger ($45++, available only for dinner) boasts a double patty, bacon, gruyere, and mushrooms.

Other choices include the Bacon Cheeseburger ($16.90), Deluxe Cheeseburger ($16.90), Ultimate Cheeseburger ($18.50), and Vegetarian Burger ($14.90).

    All burgers can be upsized to a half-pound patty ($5.95) and/or made into a meal by adding on any side dish and drink ($1.90 discount off the total price). Fries can be added at various flavours and sizes ($3.95 up to $8.30), with options such as cheese fries, sweet potato fries, and truffle fries.

There are over a dozen specialty burgers which are homemade using Chilled Australian chuck tender and served with fries. The signature Fat Basterd ($19.80+) is the biggest & boldest option, offering double beef chuck patties, chewy bacon, cheddar cheese, a fried egg, and homemade Fatboy’s BBQ sauce on a sesame seed bun. The Wimpy ($15.00+) is the same with a single beef, pork, or lamb patty. Various other choices include the Swiss Shroom, Pizza The Hut, Bushtucker, Holy Caesar, Bolly Wooly, and a vegetarian Big Bello - these range from $11.00 to $17.50.

    Berg's Burger offers a plethora of burger choices in both small and Bergs size options. The basic 'The Berg' burger ($9.50 / $11.50) comes with a prime beef patty, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, aioli, and Berg's sauce, while a Miss Piggy ($12 / $14.50) adds on streaky bacon and edam cheese. Those looking for something more adventurous can try out the Porto Polo (spicy Portuguese Marinaded chicken), Tofu Krakatoa, Good Falla Falafel, or a number of other unique flavours one wouldn't expect in a burger.
