  • Wild Food Cafe

    14 Neal's Yard, WC2H 9DP
A lovely little cafe in the heart of Covent Garden. They have raw and vegan offerings, and even unpasteurized grilled cheese sandwiches which the husband loved. My favorite is the chickpea hummus (served with sourdough bread) and I love the raw peanut butter cheesecake for a decadent but secretly good-for-you dessert.

  • Nama Foods

    110 Talbot Road, W11 1JR
Probably my favorite raw food cafe in London. The nori rolls are exquisite and so was the chocolate cheesecake! YUM YUM YUM.

  • The Free From Bakehouse

    Borough Market
Vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free... You name it; the Free From Bakehouse has a treat for you no matter what your dietary sensitivities are. I loved the blondies!

  • Tanya's Cafe (Chelsea)

    35 Ixworth Place, SW3 3QX
A raw food cafe established by a lady seeking natural remedies for healing through food, Tanya's has a small menu for appetizers and mains but does pretty good raw desserts. I liked the raw blueberry cheesecake but wasn't that big of a fan of the sharing platter we had which had raw tacos, nori wraps, carrot noodles and pad Thai.

  • Le Pain Quotidien

    Various branches
Le Pain has lots of healthy carby options. I especially love the spelt and quinoa scone.

  • Food for Thought

    31 Neal Street, WC2H 9PR
We stumbled upon this teeny tiny basement space when Wild Food Cafe was closed one day. They serve yummy vegetarian stews and it's all pretty exotic. I tried the Indian curry stew and it was really good!

  • Ethos Food

    48 Eastcastle Street, W1W 8DX
Ethos Food is a great vegetarian joint that offers veggie, vegan and gluten-free choices in a weighted buffet system. They have a delicious hot section, cold foods and also desserts. I particularly love their seitan stroganoff, aloo gobi scotch eggs and my personal favorite is their white chocolate peanut butter bombs. Amazeballs. Even my meat-loving husband gave this the thumbs up.
