The meat at HaiDiLao is very good, though I won't recommend the most expensive wagyu dish ($52 a plate or so) as the others are good enough and it isn't worth the price.

There is a special 'HaiDiLao' sauce that the servers will make for you on request (they will add in some soup so it is a lot more liquid than the photo). I recommend it if you're unsure of making your own sauce, or just want to try it out. Nice with fish

Absolutely love the burratta here. Arguably my favorite in Singapore, though may be rivaled by Casa Tartufo's truffle burratta.

The foie gras sushi here is also amazing - highly recommended if you enjoy regular foie gras

The dipping sauce is amazing. I literally drink it (with my chopsticks) while waiting for the beef to cook

The lamb rack came highly recommended and was indeed delicious, though for the price I'd suggest loading up on yakitori instead and maybe just getting one of these.

The sushi was good, but don't waste your time - go right for the yakitori

I believe this was foie gras, and it wasn't that great.

Had the lamb rack ($36) which was pretty good, though I wish the price was lower or serving size larger.

The beef pot is a great alternative for those sick of chicken, and goes very well with the non-spicy house sauce

While chili crab isn't the main attraction here, it is still very good nonetheless.

One of my favorite spicy dishes of all time, the la zhi zi (spicy chicken cubes, roughly $12 or so) here is fantastic!
