Xixi and I both love the Xiao Long Xia (spicy crayfish) here ($26 for a small plate, $35+ or so for large). The flavor is awesome and the meat is good.
Also very fun cause you eat with your hands with see through gloves. I recommend doubling up with 2 gloves on each hand cause they may tear through one layer.

The Assembly Wagyu Burger ($24.50) has a large, very soft & fluffy bun. The patty is VERY tender (almost melt-in-your-mouth) with great texture and juiciness. The beef taste is quite subtle which allows the flavor from the cheese and caramelized onions to shine through with the arugula and tomato adding depth as well. I loved that the flavors were distinct but not overly aggressive, making for a delicious burger overall. The seasoned fries weren't crispy but still very tasty and enjoyable.

I always opt for the smoked salmon version of Eggs Benedict whenever I have brunch and I can confidently say that this has been the best I've tried in Singapore. The hazelnut bernaise sauce is sweet and gives a very unique flavor to the dish, which is further complimented by the cheese and smoked salmon. The mixture of ingredients and tastes is excellent and nothing like other dishes I've tried - if you love Eggs Benedict you have to try these at Strangers' Reunion!

The Suprette Burger ($20++) starts with a toasted, buttery bun which immediately grabs your attention with its unique taste. I added bacon ($3) which was thick and generously served, and came topped with a healthy dose of melted gruyere cheese. The beef patty was thick, VERY juicy, and bursting with awesome flavors. The shoestring fries were quite good as a compliment, being just slightly crispy on the outside and soft within.
This is a definite must try for any burger lover in Singapore!

Awesome router! Previously had a $30ish TP-Link 802.11g "300 Mbps" router in my office that was only giving me a max of 30 Mbps, but more like 5-6 Mbps more often than not.
Switching to the Xiaomi AC router immediately bumped that up to 55 Mbps down / 95 Mbps up, and cut the ping in half to 3ms (from 7-10 ms).
No gigabit ethernet but you won't find anything in this price range with the feature. Definitely an awesome AC router for the price, and looks sexy too!

I'm a massive chocolate lava cake lover with a love for desserts, so of course I had to try the chocolate lava cake at Haha Thai. The texture, temperature, and ooze-factor was perfect and the coconut ice cream complimented the flavors well. I really enjoyed that the cake was warm and soft, compared to more and more establishments that have hard exteriors and lava that is almost solid by the time it is served. A bit less sweet than the Red Velvet version, which is just nice for my tastes!

I never really ate Thai food that often in the past, but having such great choices just under my office has converted me to a big fan! The consensus favorite amongst my friends is Diandin Luluk, with our typical dishes being the green/red curry chicken ($12), pineapple rice ($12), tom yum soup ($12), and mango sticky rice ($6). Beware the food coma after stuffing yourself with all the delicious and flavorful food!

There is a little mini-hawker centre right next to the main 2-storey one, which houses a couple of stalls in a less crowded and hectic environment. One of these is an economical rice stall which always has my favorite dishes such as fish, crispy chicken, tofu, and leafy veggies. The food is always great, the servings are generous, and the price only runs about $4.50 - $5.50 depending on what you order.

When I am in the need for something quick, light, or healthy (relatively speaking, as you can tell from my choice of toppings), SunMoon is always at the top of my mind. The $5.40 price point is unbeatable for a good salad with quality ingredients - being a fresh fruits company helps to ensure this. They are quite generous with the servings as well. Absolutely a top-tier value lunch option!

A lot of friends in the area frequently suggest lunch at Mrs. Pho, and for good reason - the pho here is excellent. You can get a fantastic bowl of pho and a unique drink for about $10, which will satisfy you just the right amount without making you feel bloated after lunch. The soup is light yet flavorful with a few condiments you can add if you need an extra bit of punch. My usual order is the special beef combo noodle soup ($8.90) with a homemade yogurt drink ($2).

Love coming to House of Kebab for a Friday treat. All of the meats are quite good, though the lamb sticks out as the best in my opinion - just the right mix of crispy, flavorful, and meaty. The meal at $12.90 with fries and a soda is a nice deal relative to similar options in the area. All around a great lunch in a very casual setting, though you may want to arrive before noon or after 1:00 / 1:30 PM to avoid a long line!

Love the vibe and decor at Dimbulah. Not a big coffee fan in general but their Strawberry Lolly drink is pretty fantastic!

When I lived in California I would have Chipotle literally 2-3 times a week, so coming back to Singapore and not having anything like it was a big disappointment. Since Muchachos opened up, it has been my go-to place whenever the burrito craving kicked in. The food started off decent but not great, but over time I've noticed the quality of meat and ingredients has steadily improved and it is pretty damn good now. I'd say it is about 80-90% of Chipotle, which is the best I've had so far in Asia.

The laziji at Si Chuan Duo Hua is an excellent balance of crispy, tender, and flavor. You can definitely tell they put thought into the dish by not going overboard in any one area, though some may find the spiciness level a bit on the high side. Overall a fantastic dish at a great restaurant!

Another version of the dish that is quite different than the rest, Xie Lao Song's laziji is neither super crispy nor terribly spicy. Although that sounds uncharacteristic of the dish, the overall texture and flavor combine to yield a fantastic taste that makes me torn between which version I prefer. Highly recommended and my guests love it as well.

This is perhaps the most unique and balanced laziji I've had, and quite possibly my favorite. It manages to be crispy without being overly fried, and I really love the slight use of sugar to round the flavor out a bit. Paradise Dynasty's version is a bit less 'intense' than a lot of other places, but given how flavorful the dish is by nature that is a welcome change.

Fat Bird is my go-to place for a great laziji. It is quite crispy in texture and is very flavorful. Nothing too fancy, just nicely cooked and fairly priced. Beware that it can get VERY spicy, so let the staff know if you want it toned down a level or two.

Completely agree! Awesome taste and great price. Love having this prosecco to chill out.

One of the best chocolates I've had. The 3 types of chocolate coatings offer some variety of taste while the hazelnut core gives a very satisfying finale to each piece. If one could buy this in Singapore, you can bet I'd have a never-ending stash of these things.
