Great 3-cup chicken! I haven't had it in a while, but I remember it being one dish that I tried to get back in Singapore and couldn't get anything close. Will definitely make an effort to go back next visit.

I grew up on this shit! It may not be as great when watching in hindsight (IMHO), but it was absolute gold for my childhood.

Love the silly humor of Steve Carell & crew. Watched this religiously in college for the first few seasons, then kinda dropped off after that.

Definitely one of the most famous attractions in London! Nice to look at from that bridge next to it, but strangely I enjoyed the architecture of the parliament house attached to it a bit more than the actual clock.

Despite my warnings that the dish was lackluster, my girlfriend insisted on ordering the Lobster Thermidor BTC on our way back from Japan. However, we were pleasantly surprised when it arrived and I was proven wrong - the dish was actually quite good. Though not on par with the best offerings on SQs menu, she found the meal quite satisfying.

My girlfriend had this for breakfast on a morning flight, so it was only 3-courses (the lunch and dinner portions are significantly larger). I had a few bites of each course and was quite happy with the variety and quality of food. Definitely a great experience if you haven't tried it before, or if you simply like to try a bit of everything.

Another dish off the menu, but again fairly similar to other beef fillet offerings. This one wasn't up to the standard of the other meals as it was a bit tough, but perhaps the departure city (Shanghai) or it being an overnight flight had to do with it. It fulfilled my meat craving, but that was about it.

I had Da Bomb Burger ($19) which had a nicely toasted bun that was quite dense. The patty is very, very thick with a strong beefy and salty flavor, and a chewy texture that wasn't tender nor tough. The thick bacon was fairly salty but was offset a bit by the soft egg, while the greens below attempted to round out tastes but were mostly overwhelmed by the patty and bacon. The shoestring fries were decently good and the fruit salad was tangy and refreshing.

The Jones Classic Wagyu Burger ($26) had a slightly chewy patty with a nice beef taste, but a bit on the tough side. The truffle mayo was the best part with a nice aroma and flavor, while the crispy bacon, caramelized onions, and cheese was good too. The sauces and pickles were tangy, but the bun was quite dense and dense causing a dry feeling. The fries were quite average and not crispy, and the coleslaw was decent but a touch heavy on the dressing. A decent yet fairly normal burger.

I had the BSK Burger ($28) whose juicy short-rib beef patty had a very nice yet subtle beef taste. The thick bun was neither too soft nor dense, with a fluffy spongy feel and small hints of buttery flavor. Other than that however, the overall taste was very light which led to a rather plain experience. The fries were crispy with a great texture and decent taste.
I'd love a bit more flavor on this burger to help out the great patty, but those who prefer subtle tastes may enjoy it the way it is

I had the SEAR Wagyu Burger with the 3-course set lunch ($44) and was expecting a lot for the price ($5 more than the grilled Wagyu steak option). The patty is quite tender with a light beef taste, but it wasn't very thick nor flavorful. The toppings were refreshingly tangy - I tasted tomato and avocado amongst other ingredients - while the bun was soft, slightly dense, and quite normal. The shoestring fries were crispy and great. Overall a good burger, but nothing too special given the cost.

I had the Ripper's Classic ($16) and added crispy bacon and caramelized onion ($1.50 ea). The bun was soft, with a light texture and a nice but faint taste. The patty was also soft, with a slightly mushy feel and subtle beef taste. The cheese, bacon, and onions helped to add some flavor but they weren't too strong in taste either. The fries were a bit crispy but mostly average. The overall burger was enjoyable and has potential, though I would have appreciated a bit more flavor or saltiness.

I had the Muddy Burger ($19.90) which was big and very messy. The beef patty is thick though quite generic in texture and taste. There was a strong nacho cheese flavor which had hints of truffle, crispy nacho chips and fresh guacamole & greens for unique textures & tastes, and tangy tomato chili which was rich but not overpowering. The soft bun was easy to miss, but the seasoned fries were great - very crispy, excellent texture & a touch of truffle. Overall a rich and filling meal w/ good value.

I had the Bacon Cheese Burger ($26) which has a good sized but underwhelming beef patty - a bit overcooked, not tough but also neither tender nor juicy. I liked the tangy flavors of the sauce & veggies rounded out by the egg, while the bacon was easy to miss. The bun was nice and tasty. I enjoyed the side of crispy shoestring fries, though the small stack of onion rings were just alright.
A decent meal, but a better patty with more pronounced bacon would have helped a lot.

The Alt Burger ($16) has a large (but not very thick) beef patty which was dripping with juice. While I wouldn't consider it gourmet, the patty has a slightly chewy texture with nice, subtle flavors. The toasted bun was a bit dense with good taste, while the toppings & sauces made for a fresh and slightly tangy flavor.
I also had the seasoned fries (+$4) which had good texture & taste, though not very crispy. Overall a satisfying, casual burger thats nicely between gourmet & fast food. 3.5/5

I had the Double Decker Burger ($14.90) which was very thick given the double beef patties. The meat had a decent taste and texture but was nothing too special; it wasn't gourmet but rather a bit generic - like a much better McDonalds patty. The bun was soft and the toppings typical, though the cheese was quite nice. The shoestring truffle fries (+$1 extra) were very good, pretty crispy with a nice aroma & flavor.
A good, quick, and fairly priced meal if you don't need a gourmet burger.

The Burger ($23) has a very thick patty made of several ingredients - the blended beef & pork meat also had hints of veggies within it; the texture was pretty grainy and a bit dry, while the flavor was slightly salty. This was well complimented by the egg and thick bun, which helped curb out the taste. The grilled onions were large and soft, but the flavor was easy to miss (same for the cheese). The shoestring fries were very nice and crispy. A cool place with a good, but not great, burger.

I had Huber's Beef Burger ($15.50) which is on the small side. The beef patty was nicely cooked with good texture, decent juiciness, and a nice beefy taste; a touch salty and chewy though I liked that aspect. The cheese was rather faint while the soft onions added good flavor to compliment the saltiness. There wasn't any bacon at first but they brought some after I brought it up; it didn't add much anyways. The fries were kinda crispy while the salad was nice & fresh. Overall good but not great.

I had the Epicurious Burger ($20) whose homemade patty was almost like bolognese, both in the soft and crumbly texture as well as in taste. The bun was nice and went well with the patty, while the greens, sauteed onions, and mushrooms offered fresh yet subtle complimentary flavors. Overall the bolognese taste was quite central to the burger, which was quite refreshing and not too heavy as a whole. The side of shoestring fries was ok, with some crispy others others a bit stale.

I had the Char-Grilled Satay Burger ($6.90) which certainly lived up to its name. The soy patty was thin with a nice texture which felt a lot like meat. There was good flavor from the nutty satay sauce which gave a kick of spice alongside the onions. The veggies and cucumber rounded out the taste while the bun was quite dense, creating a nice balance.
I'm a hardcore meat lover but I'll admit I definitely enjoyed this a lot more than expected. A refreshing change, especially if you like satay!
